Are your puppies vaccinated and dewormed?
Yes, our puppies are up to date on all vaccinations and are dewormed. They will be so until they leave our care.
Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?
All of our puppies come with a health guarantee.
Do you offer shipping or how can I pick up my puppy?
Yes, we offer shipping. We offer ground delivery within a reasonable distance from our location or we also ship via air. Pick up at our location is also available.
Are you available for questions after we have purchased our puppy?
We are available via e-mail, telephone or text and would be happy to answer any questions you may have. It is important to us tht the transition from our home to yours is smooth and an overall great experience for both you and your puppy.
How can I reserve or hold a puppy?
To reserver or place a hold on a puppy, we require a $200 deposit. This is applied to the total price of the puppy and is nonrefundable. You can make your down payment online (scroll to footer and choose "Down Payment.") Follow the prompts through the checkout process to complete the reservation. We also ask that you contact us and let us know you plan to do so.
How old will my puppy be when he or she is ready to come home?
Puppies need to be at least eight (8) weeks old before they are ready to be placed in your home. They will be weaned from their mother and eating solid food.
What is included when I purchase my puppy?
Every puppy comes with records of vaccination and deworming. Your lovable puppy will also wear home a collar and be accompanied by a toy and, importantly, a bag of food for which he or she is used to eating.
After bringing our puppy home, what should we expect during the first few days that he or she is in our care?
It is important to provide plenty of food and water. Keeping the puppy on the same food that he or she is accustomed to is important to reduce stress and anxiety. Stress and change in diet can cause diarrhea. Allowing the puppy plenty of rest for the first several days is important to help the transition to your home be a smooth experience. Once adjusted to their new surroundings puppies usually do very well and are ready to play and socialize with their new family.
